Реформы антидемпингового законодательства ЕС

В статье проведен анализ комментариев ведущих европейских специалистов по вопросу предстоящих реформ антидемпингового законодательства ЕС. Наиболее важные изменения антидемпингового механизма коснутся: дискреционных полномочий уполномоченных органов, учета интересов Сообщества, прозрачности всех стадий антидемпингового процесса, конфиденциальности информации, выбора «подходящей третьей страны» при импорте из стран с нерыночной экономикой, голосования при вынесении решения и т.д.
Ключевые слова: антидемпинговое законодательство, импорт из стран с нерыночной экономикой, нормы ВТО.
Reforming of the Anti-dumping Legislation in the EU
The article analyzes the commentaries of the leading European specialists on the forthcoming reforms in the sphere of anti-dumping legislation of the EU. The most important changes of anti-dumping mechanism will concern discretionary powers of authorized bodies, regarding the interests of the Association, transparency of the stages of the anti-dumping process, information privacy, selection of “appropriate third party” in the process of importing from the countries of the non-market economy, voting, etc.
